EXPERIMENT LOG 002: November 30th, 1872
Paul has finally caved, and I can finally gather the necessary documents for the Ritual of Radiance.
For the Ritual of Radiance, I need to acquire documentation of poor Paul’s existence. In this case, I found various forms detailing his service in the Confederate army. Tis a strange thing to volunteer for, but I expect no less from someone like him.
I need to burn those documents and find a suitable container to pour them on; in this scenario, that container will be this blank book I had specially made for this. It is weather resistant, which is very important for the next part of the experiment, which I shall detail later.
After this, Paul will become radiant and lose any sense of identity. This is relatively simple, but the hard part comes after, where I must transport these memories as far as I can in order to make it so Paul can never find them. I do not know exactly where I shall place them, but I believe someplace in upper Canada or Alaska would suffice.
I am most curious as to what will happen to Paul here. The ritual shall be completed later today; I shall write once I come back from my expedition to the arctic.
